Candle Ordering
Customers can order Arbutus Candles via our website. Orders placed through the website with be processed through Paypal.
Customers who do not use Paypal may email a list of products to purchase to info@arbutuscandles.com. We will respond with a confirmation email including a shipping estimate for the order. Payment can then be made by e-transfer (where available) or mailed to us via standard post, in the form of a cheque or money order. Please do not send cash.
Orders will be shipped once payment has been received.
Shipping
We use Canada post to ship to customers in Canada. International shipping hosts may vary.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.
Taxes are added at checkout if applicable.
Methods of Payment
Orders made online are processed through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as payments from Paypal accounts.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of product. Please do not remove original packaging from the candles. Be sure to include the original invoice with your return.
The customer pays return shipping unless return is due to store error.
We do not accept returns on items damaged during shipping or on used products.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by contacting us promptly by email before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be returned at the customer’s expense.
